About Dr. Alan Evans

Dr Evans’ journey began in Krugersdorp, South Africa, where he earned a scholarship to the USA and later graduated in medicine from the University of the Witwatersrand. With a foundation in anatomy and physiology, he has developed a keen understanding of balance and symmetry in creating harmonious results. Adept in primary and secondary rhinoplasties, he has extensive experience with challenging revision procedures, including costal cartilage/rib grafting, to achieve optimal outcomes in nasal aesthetics.

Since establishing his practice in Miranda, Sydney, in 1997, he has performed countless ENT and facial cosmetic surgeries, supported by a skilled team of cosmetic and aesthetic professionals. Together, they offer a full range of modern surgical and non-surgical treatments designed to enhance each patient’s unique beauty.

Dr Evans holds fellowships with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and is actively involved in reputable organisations, including the Australasian Rhinology Society and the Australasian and International Academy of Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He consults and performs surgeries at Adept Cosmetic Clinic and several prominent Sydney hospitals including Kareena Private Hospital. He is also a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.
